Twenty years turning education into experiences that land.
I've spent my career on both sides of learning — recruiting and advising students bound overseas, running an international university forum, and now facilitating professional cohorts at TalentLabs. The through-line is the same: make the experience clear, human, and worth finishing.
I pair instructional and behavioural design with the practical work of getting people to show up: marketing, facilitation, and cross-cultural communication in English and Mandarin. I'm at my best where learning design meets real people who first have to be persuaded to start.

Completion is a design problem, not a willpower problem. I care about the small frictions that quietly decide whether someone takes the next step or drifts away.

People learn faster and stay longer alongside others. I'm drawn to formats where learners teach, and pull each other forward, rather than sit through content alone.

Having studied and worked across Taiwan and Australia, I design for learners moving between languages and expectations — where a good experience has to translate, not just be translated.
