I design learning experiences, and I build with AI for the people who make learning happen. The thread through all of it—helping people start, and helping them finish. I use adult learning principles to design experiences that truly engage people. Whether through live workshops, group programs, or self-paced learning, my focus is always on what drives real change.
I also build digital products for the educators who guide these journeys. I lead product strategy, UX, and research for a platform that helps mentors and trainers manage their learners, improve results, and build a strong community. By building with AI, I create tools that let them focus on what matters most: keeping learners motivated to show up.
- 2022 – now TalentLabs · Learning Product Manager — end-to-end product for the LMS serving 500+ learners across 10+ B2B enterprise clients; first-line owner during live cohort incidents.
- 2023 – now Dao Dao · Product Strategy Advisor — early-stage edtech; product direction, B2B2C pivot strategy, PRDs, and competitor research.
- 2020 – 2023 Productside, USA · Virtual Workshop Facilitator (Freelance) — live product-management workshops for international B2B clients.
- 2019 – 2020 National Cheng Kung University · Project Manager (Office of International Affairs) — ran the international secretariat for the SATU Presidents' Forum, coordinating partnerships across 5+ countries.
